The Veggie Garden on my complex has become a mutual desire. I am a property Manager and My Maintenance men have put together a Veggie Garden for us. We have Eggplant and also tomatoes cucumbers and lettuce. I am not sure what else is in there but I cannot wait for the Eggplants to grow to make some home made Baba Ganoush. I will place a recipe.
