I am learning a every hard lesson about plans. We wake up in the morning and plan our day out. We decide this and that and the minute we rolloff of the bed it begins. CHildren running, the hot water heater is acting up so a shower is a cold one. I have to shop for Shabbat and the truck breaks down. They mixed the meat adn dairy dishes AGAIN!!The list is endless.
I am light headed from using the breathing technique.
I am reading the book Garden of Souls and can I tell you it helps open the eyes on small forms of suffering and large forms. It has been very helpful and hope that you will purchase it and grow also.
